Natalie proactively sent us a host of CVs and contacted several of your agency Educational Psychologists to discuss our needs. She helped our HR department to set up interviews with the agency workers and then ensured they were set up successfully with our main agency group.
Natalie is so proactive and empathetic. She listens to what we need and she responds immediately. She has been amazing in sourcing our new Educational Psychologists. She contacts us regularly, checking everything is going to plan. We have every confidence in her services and that of the group.
Through Natalie, we have now appointed an interim Principal and interim Senior Educational Psychologist. This will reduce our 20-week timeliness and ensure children and young people have their EHCPs completed quickly.
