Hi, I'm Matt!

I have worked in recruitment for over 10 years now, I started in education recruitment before heading to the accountancy and finance sector - and then back to education! 

I would describe myself as self-motivated, driven and versatile which are great assets to be successful in recruitment.

The whole process starts with a conversation; whether you’re searching for top talent to join your team, or you’re in the market for a new career opportunity, it’s my job to uncover your values and aspirations to match you to the perfect candidate/role. I thoroughly enjoy the whole process and I get great job satisfaction from helping candidates and clients alike.

When I’m not recruiting, I love spending time with my wife, my little boy and friends. You will usually find me in a nice restaurant enjoying great food and wine.
